Setting an appointment

Call or email the office. Tell us in one or two sentences what the matter is about and whether a deadline or hearing date is involved, so we can check for conflicts of interest before you come in.

What to bring

  • A government-issued ID
  • Any contract, deed, title, or receipt relevant to the matter
  • Any notice, summons, subpoena, or court order you have received, with the envelope
  • A written timeline of what happened, with dates

Fees

Consultation and acceptance fees depend on the nature of the matter and are quoted before any work begins. Filing fees, sheriff's fees, and other charges paid to the courts and government offices are separate and are advanced by the client.
